GhostWolf Suite End-User License Agreement

Effective October 7, 2026

This agreement governs authorized use of GhostWolf Suite (GWS), including GhostWolf Suite Migration, provided by GhostWolf Industries Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if authorized, the business you represent. If you lack that authority or do not agree, do not connect a company or use the service.

Permission to use GWS

We grant approved users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use GWS for authorized internal business activities while access remains approved. This agreement does not transfer ownership of GWS software. You retain your rights in your business data.

Accounts and company authorization

You must use accurate account information, protect your credentials, follow access controls, and connect only QuickBooks companies you are authorized to access. Verify the company name and company identifier before confirming a connection. Separate companies must remain correctly assigned. Do not bypass security controls, access another company's records without permission, distribute malicious files, or use the service unlawfully.

Migration scope and verification

The current integration preserves supported QuickBooks source records, reports, identifiers, relationships, notes, and original attachments in an archive. It does not automatically convert that archive into a fully reconciled GWS ledger or native editable accounting transactions. It does not modify QuickBooks transactions or send invoices.

Some information requires separate export or review, including payroll and tax filings, audit and deleted-record history, unposted bank-feed items, reconciliation history, recurring templates, and features unavailable through the supported APIs. Export results may contain errors, unsupported items, or unresolved links. QuickBooks can change during an export, so an archive is not guaranteed to be an atomic snapshot.

You are responsible for reviewing coverage and errors, verifying file and record completeness, reconciling accounting balances, and retaining suitable originals and backups. Do not cancel QuickBooks or rely on an archive as a completed accounting cutover until the required migration, reconciliation, and restore checks have been completed. The service does not provide professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Data and third-party services

You authorize GhostWolf Industries Inc. to process the information needed to provide the requested service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to provide that information. Intuit and other third-party services remain subject to their own agreements and availability. GWS is not endorsed or operated by Intuit.

Availability and limitations

We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue features, and may suspend access for security, unauthorized activity, or violation of these terms. Availability and export completeness depend in part on third-party systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete API coverage, or fitness for a particular migration. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and handling retained records

You may stop using the service and revoke QuickBooks authorization through Intuit's controls. Contact us for assistance terminating GWS access or requesting an export or deletion. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing archives or backups. Retained information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
